I've missed a bunch of stuff lately. I've been there, but haven't taken pictures or anything.
Riley had a pumpkin patch party with his preschool group. We have a lady come out once a week, and do socialization twice a month. Our party was really a success, we had 10-15 kids there. Usually, there are only 2 or 3. They made colorful, odd shaped pumpkins - Thanks to a story about Spookley the square pumpkin. If you haven't read it, it's a cute one!! They got to play on the brand new playground equipment, and then ate chili and cornbread. They have such a good time when they all get together!
We also went to a pumpkin carving party with some of Clint's relatives. They have all sorts of carving tools, patterns and ideas. My favorite for the year was using a metal cookie cutter. Hammer it into the pumpkin and pull out the design!! Riley did one, and was so proud of himself. It's really easy. Joslynn got creative and did a Jasmine design, and Layce did a crazy face. We'll probably do more on Friday.
