Riley has decided that pancakes are his favorite. Every morning (and every night before bed) he asks if we can have pancakes. Tomorrow he wants green!! Today he woke up early so he could help. He put in all the ingredients and even cracked the egg by himself. I poured, and he turned. He had a great time.

Thats so good that you let Riley help w/ the cooking and that he enjoys it so much! I'm with him....I could have pancakes for breakfast OR dinner, or BOTH!
